The apps
Lotvale is a family of games made by Peanuts in a Bowl LLC. This policy covers all of them.
- No account, no sign-in. We don't ask for your name, email, phone number or any other detail.
- No data collected. The apps have no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no crash-reporting service, and it doesn't use your location, contacts, photos or camera.
- No network use by the game. The games run entirely on your phone and work in airplane mode. They have no server of ours to talk to.
- Your progress stays on your device. Credits or coins, characters, items and settings are stored in each app on your phone. We can't see them.
Purchases
Lotvale offers optional cosmetic items for real money. Purchases are made through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles the payment, so we never see or store your card, your Apple ID or your billing details. Apple tells the app which items you own so they can be restored. Apple's own privacy policy covers what Apple collects.
Reports (optional)
Settings has a Report a problem option. If you use it, the app doesn't send anything itself: it puts a block of text on your clipboard, and it is up to you whether to paste it into an email to reports@lotvale.com.
A report contains the note you typed, the app version and build, your device's system description and screen size, light or dark mode, a few settings (the screen you were on, your theme, game packs and level), and the last few rounds you played with their times, bets and results. It contains no name, email address, account or device identifier.
We use a report only to find and fix the problem and to reply to you. We don't share it. We delete it once the problem is resolved. The app keeps your last few rounds on your phone to make a report possible, and Forget saved rounds in the same place erases them.
Backups
Your phone, or iCloud if you've turned it on, may back up an app's data as part of a normal device backup. That is between you and Apple. We don't receive it.
This website
The website has no cookies, analytics, adverts or trackers. Our website host may keep ordinary server logs, such as the time of a request and an IP address, as web servers normally do, and we don't use them to identify anyone.
If you email support@lotvale.com or reports@lotvale.com, we receive your address and your message, and use them only to reply. We don't share them or add them to any list.
Children
The Board, Fishing and Puzzle editions are made for everyone. Lotvale: A Lottery Journey is rated 18+ because it simulates lottery games, and it is not meant for children under 18. We collect no personal information from anyone, children included.
Changes
If any Lotvale app ever collects anything (for example analytics or a sync service), we'll update this page and the App Store privacy details before it does, and we'll change the date above.
